Kristine Byer, President, has 25 years of experience in medical sales and recruiting and 13 years experience as a multiple award winning, nationwide recruiter. Prior to becoming a medical recruiter, Kristine was a top performing sales representative who sold capital equipment, devices, and pharmaceuticals for Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Baxter, Viasys and Spacelabs into the hospital marketplace for 12 years. Because of her prior experience as a medical sales representative, she understands what personality characteristics it takes to be successful in medical sales. Kristine graduated Summa Cum Laude from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She lives in southern California with her husband and two daughters.

Melanie Martinez, Senior Recruiter, is a multiple award winning recruiter and has been working in the medical industry for over 6 years. Prior to becoming a medical recruiter, Melanie was an Operations Supervisor for Enterprise Fleet Services. Melanie graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and from Bentley Graduate School with a Master's Degree in Management. She lives in Southern California with her husband, son and daughter. |
